Learn from Practitioners, Not Just Teachers
Our lead instructor Kieran Bjornsson spent eight years building user interfaces for fintech startups in Bangkok and Singapore. He's not just teaching theory — he's sharing real solutions to problems you'll actually face.
Most UX programs focus on portfolio pieces that look good but don't teach you how to handle tight deadlines, difficult stakeholders, or technical constraints. We're different because our curriculum comes from real project experience.
What You'll Learn From Real Experience:
- How to conduct user research when you only have two weeks
- Presenting design decisions to skeptical executives
- Working with developers who say your design "can't be built"
- Balancing user needs with business constraints
- Managing design systems across multiple product teams
Your Six-Month Journey
Each phase builds on real industry challenges. You'll work on actual client projects by month four.
Foundation & Research Methods
Start with user psychology and research techniques that actually work in business environments. Learn to gather insights quickly and present findings that stakeholders understand and act on.
Information Architecture & Prototyping
Structure complex information systems and create prototypes that communicate your ideas clearly. Focus on tools and techniques that speed up your workflow without sacrificing quality.
Interface Design & Systems Thinking
Design interfaces that work across devices and platforms. Build design systems that help teams work faster while maintaining consistency. Learn when to follow conventions and when to innovate.
Real Client Projects & Portfolio
Work on live projects with local businesses and startups. Handle real deadlines, client feedback, and project constraints. Build a portfolio that shows you can solve actual problems, not just create pretty designs.
Personal Mentorship That Actually Helps Your Career
Group classes can only take you so far. That's why every student gets individual mentorship sessions focused on your specific career goals and challenges.
Whether you're transitioning from graphic design, coming from a development background, or starting completely fresh, we adjust our approach to match where you are and where you want to go.
"The mentorship sessions helped me understand how to position my design decisions. I learned to speak the business language that gets designs approved."
"Having someone review my work weekly made all the difference. I could see my improvement happening in real time instead of wondering if I was on the right track."
